概要

imetly（以下「本アプリ」）は、Kobe Studioが開発・提供する名刺管理アプリです。本アプリは、ユーザーのプライバシーを尊重し、以下の方針を徹底しています。

• 名刺データはすべて端末内にのみ保存します
• ユーザーの個人情報を不当に第三者に開示しません

取り扱う情報

本アプリは、以下の情報を取り扱います。

• 名刺情報：ユーザーが撮影・入力した名刺の氏名、会社名、連絡先等の情報。これらはすべて端末内のデータベースにのみ保存され、外部サーバーに送信されることはありません。
• 名刺画像：撮影した名刺の画像。端末内にのみ保存されます。

AIによる文字認識（OCR）について

本アプリは、名刺の文字認識に外部AIサービス（Anthropic）を使用しています。撮影した名刺の画像は、文字認識処理のためにAnthropicのサーバーに送信されます。送信されたデータは30日以内に自動削除され、AIモデルの学習には使用されません。

データの保存と管理

すべての名刺データは、端末内のデータベースにのみ保存されます。当方はこれらのデータにアクセスすることはできません。アプリを削除した場合、端末内のすべてのデータは消去されます。

子どものプライバシー

本アプリは、13歳未満の子どもから情報を収集しません。

ポリシーの変更

本プライバシーポリシーは、必要に応じて変更されることがあります。変更がある場合は、本ページに更新日とともに掲載します。

Overview

imetly ("the App") is a business card management application developed by Kobe Studio. We are committed to protecting your privacy:

• All business card data is stored locally on your device only
• We do not improperly disclose your personal information to third parties

Information We Handle

• Business card data: Names, company names, contact details, and other information you scan or enter. All data is stored locally on your device and never transmitted to external servers.
• Business card images: Photos of business cards are stored locally on your device only.

AI Text Recognition (OCR)

The App uses an external AI service (Anthropic) for business card text recognition. Images of business cards are sent to Anthropic's servers for OCR processing. Submitted data is automatically deleted within 30 days and is not used for AI model training.

Data Storage

All business card data is stored in a local database on your device. We have no access to this data. Deleting the App will remove all locally stored data.

Children's Privacy

The App does not knowingly collect information from children under 13 years of age.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
